The Ruffwear Just-a-Cinch is a rugged leash/collar combination dog leash. It eliminates the need to clip a leash into a separate collar. Instead, the end loop creates a "collar" that you simply slip over your dog's head. The two silicone bumpers allows you to set loose/tight limits.
